Capital Loan Assistance for 3 CBB Participants

Three more CBB Participants become the latest recipients of capital loan assistance from our partner, El Proveedores Foundation. Earlier today, they were given the loan amounts at their barangay in order to start small-scale businesses as part of our post release after-care and reintegration efforts.
