Our First Child in Conflict with the Law (CICL) Released from Youth Center

Our first CICL referral was released from the Valenzuela City Bahay Pag-Asa youth center on September 17, 2020 after being given a debriefing session by his social worker. He was fetched by his uncle and arrived home safely to be with his family. We look forward to his positive reintegration into his community.
